Another Wonderful Review of "The Crater Mountain Sasquatch Legend."

Review by: Laurie Champion on May 05, 2015
I love to read Bigfoot and Sasquatch stories, both fiction and non-fiction. I totally enjoyed this book. It had it's little grammar errors, especially in the first part but then it straightened out and evolved into an engrossing story that I wanted to keep reading. I like the fact that the author tried to do something different with this book than the usual spin. Most Sasquatch tales usually either present them as cuddly, gentle, hairy humans or horrible blood thirsty monsters. This book captured their ability to be dangerous simply because of their size and strength, while keeping them somewhat human like in their nature. I feel this is a more realistic portrayal than the other two extremes that are most popular in this genre. The scene where a Sasquatch destroys a cabin shows the absolute power of these creatures, and also how out of place they would be in our little world. Because the book takes a turn towards science fiction with the alien connection, I did not give it five stars simply because I hate alien stories to be honest. Nevertheless I did enjoy this book and would recommend it to anyone who likes Sasquatch stories. The book also includes a bonus chapter which is always a nice touch to me.

If you read the first book and are expecting a continuation of that book, surprise! This book was by far a better story, with little connection to the first one til midway and even that was because the same Bigfoot clan was involved though not the main part of the plot. This story had paranormal, Indian curses, and an archangel who remained just a leader till towards the end when he revealed himself to fight evil and corruption. This is a book for everyone,it is enlightening and leaves you feeling good. It is a parallel to life in many ways with lots of twists and turns, monsters of evil and and an angel of goodness. It has a little of everything and slot for anyone who reads it.

Imagine a story taking place in the early 1900's on the mysterious disappearance of miners and their families from a small town. How can they just disappear? Who or what took them?

Researching for my books.

Researching for material for each of my novels was a lot of work but it was really interesting too. I have always been fascinated with how people in the late 1800's- 1900's would move to the small undiscovered towns and mine and live with their families.  Check out this attached link for some interesting information.

Oh boy I loved this great book! I recieved a copy of this book through GoodReads. The storyline could of been right here in Northeast WA. I just had to read this little gem in one sitting. I found myself right in the cave with Trevor. I am looking forward to reading books 2 and 3. I found a few editing misses that threw me off a bit, but I will assume they will be corrected before final release.

We invite you to watch our video. I'm Robert A. Hunt, author of 'The Crater Mountain Sasquatch Legend.' This is a tribute to my wife who's been with me through so much over the years. It's not easy being married to an author, but through it all our love has endured stronger and wiser than when we first met.
